Is it okay to let a kitten have a catnip toy???
Or are they stictly for cats??
Catnip is fine for cats/kittens of any age! If the kitten is too young, he/she might not be affected by it very much. My cat is a few years old, and she still isn’t affected by it. She just likes to eat it and then just lays there. I am actually glad it doesn’t make her hyper…haha

Yes but in myexperience they don’t tend to be interested til they’re a few months old. Some females are never interested but males always are. It’s so funny watching them go mental.

Yes, it is fine. Usually kittens are not effected by catnip until they are older, but it will not hurt them!!!

Kittens don’t get all that exited for the catnip toys but it’s okay for them to have it.

Yes, it’s OK to let a kitten have a catnip toy. However, most kittens won’t react to catnip until they’re 3-6mos old. Then there are the 30% of cats, like mine, that don’t react to catnip at all. Fortunately, for our entertainment, she’s a crazy kitty anyway and fun to watch.
