The first Pucca I ever watched was that “bride of Moochi” or whatever the heel the guy’s name is. I was like, “There’s nothing on… Oh, what’s this~?~ This is weird… **next short** –But adorable~! Kyaa, little Asian peoples~~! And thus, FANDOM~~~ x3 This is the only cartoon I watch. Everything else is mostly anime. ;P

Garu doesn’t talk …
Garu doesn’t talk because he took a vow of silence. I guess once he gets his honor back, he’ll be able to talk.
No one knows why Pucca doesn’t talk. Though in many episodes its revealed that she can sing opera and she does occasionally say little bitsy words.
