How Do You Make Homemade Cat Toys?

Hi! I have 5 cats, 2 kittens and 3 adults. I was wondering how you can make homemade cat toys so they aren’t as bored! Thanks everyone who will answer this helpfully=P

Anything can be a cat toy. Roll up some bits of paper for them to bat around, they LOVE that!
