Where do you buy your cat toys and what toys do you buy your cats?

the one toy that my cats will even touch was from walmart. It has a red base and wire coming out with feathers and fuzzy balls at the ends of the four wires. They go nuts over it

Little mice If she likes one she will put it in her food dish. If she does not like it she eats it’s tail off and hides it.

I’ve bought my cats so much stuff! The only things they have played with is a stick that had a dangling thing on it and they use their scratching post once in awhile. They like cat nip sometimes.
Target, Walmart or any pet stores have these items. I’d say get the inexpensive ones because they probably won’t like them anyway.

Most of the time the best toys are toys that cost you virtually nothing like: A paper ball that you scrunched up, rolled up socks, ping pong balls, cardboard boxes (especialy ones with holes in them), an empty medicine bottle, elastic hair bands (never let them play alone with this)

A super-ball. If that’s local slang, I’ll explain – it’s a wee little rubber ball that bounces really high. Not too small though or kitty might swallow it! Also anything shiny attached to a string.

the only toy my cats will play with/go crazy over for hours are those big fuzzy balls. remember in elementary school when we would do projects we’d use them for like a nose on a face or something. like a cotton ball but the colored ones. They sell them at craft stores or wal-mart at the craft section and they come in all sizes..trust me..your cat will LOOOOVe this. and its’ cheap and quiet too..

I buy alot of toys from Wal-Mart. Shop-Rite Pet Smart. I bought this round track like thing that has a ball that they can’t remove, it just spins around and it holds a thick piece of cardboard that they use for scratching. Tiny toy mice, and feathers from a friends Parrot that they just love. I guess the feathers make them really think they were hunting. They slide all over the floor with the feathers.

The only toy I have ever bought that my cats play with is the foil crinkle-balls. My older cat has a slight attachment to an old catnip mouse from the mid-90s. They both prefer to play with soda bottle caps, rings from milk jugs, tubes from toilet paper or a crumpled paper that missed the basket..

My cats like the cheapest toy’s- I’m lucky. I get the catnip covered puffballs in a 15 pack or something like that for a little over three bucks from Petsmart. Then I get the tinsle balls from the craft store- they’re so ridiculously cheap there you’ll never go to the pet store again. I pay like two bucks for a 25 pack, when the same balls at the pet store cost like 50 cents apiece. Locally, I go to JoAnn Fabrics- I have no idea if they’re national or not. Just make sure they’re the ones that don’t pull apart- you definitly dont want your cat eating too much tinsle because then you’ll have a hefty vet bill for your cheap toy.
