Where can I buy Kit n Kaboodle Cat Food?

My cats really loved this cat food, they never got sick and they were constantly trying to claw the bag open o_O. But since a few years ago I just stopped seeing it on the shelves. At first it went to only being a small bag of it and then it was gone completely. I’ve searched a lot of stores and pet supplies/food places and none of them have it. Anyone have any ideas?

Wally World (Wal~Mart) has it.

Listen, this food is horrible for animals. Please don’t buy it for any reason. Check out the ingredients:

"Ground yellow corn, corn gluten meal, soybean meal, meat and bone meal, beef tallow preserved with mixed-tocopherols (source of Vitamin E), oceanfish meal, turkey by-product meal, phosphoric acid, salt, brewers dried yeast, animal digest, potassium chloride, tetra sodium pyrophosphate, choline chloride, calcium carbonate, taurine, L-Lysine monohydrochloride, zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate, added color (Red 40, Blue 2, Yellow 5, Yellow 6), glyceryl monostearate, L-Alanine, manganese sulfate, vitamin supplements (E, A, B-12, D-3), niacin, copper sulfate, calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin supplement, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, citric acid, calcium iodate, biotin, menadione sodium bisulfite complex (source of Vitamin K activity), sodium selenite."

Ground yellow corn, corn gluten meal and soybean meal are common allergens in cats. Cats are carnivores and cannot digest corn or soy. Soy has even been known to block the absorption of taurine in cats and that is very dangerous.

There is not a scrap of real meat in this food- it’s like feeding your cat McDonald’s. It’s junk food and that’s why your cat loves it so much.

When buying cat food, make sure the food lists a whole, named meat as the first ingredient(s) and does not contain ANY:

    Corn
    Soy
    Wheat
    Gluten
    Animal byproducts
    "Animal digest"

These foods are more expensive but worth it because they contain real, actual meat and no fillers to speak of.

    Best of luck.

Do you realize what’s in that food? It is mainly made of corn which provides absolutely nothing towards your cat’s nutritional needs. The small amount of protein in it is from animal by-products which are low quality proteins like heads, feet, and intestines. It really is one of the lowest quality cat foods available. Even if your cats do love it, you are compromising their health by feeding it. Here is a good article on choosing a good food for your cat.

To answer your question, I saw some at my local Foodland grocery store. Really though, please try to find a better food before your cats go into renal failure from eating this junk.
