Can you give parakeets any of the following toys to play with? be specific please!?

Dog chew toys
Cat toys
Baby/toddler toys
Is there anything that i should be aware of that could make my parakeet sick or worse? What are some things that are poisonous to parakeets in toys?
i am not planning on putting these in his cage. i am going to use them on the bookshelf i have that i am making into a four story play area. Nothing with liquids or anything small. Basically just things to hang so he can sit and swing on them

I agree this aren’t parakeet toys if you don’t have money then make your own toys easily. The dog chew I bet are pretty big and rubber. This can kill the parakeet. Cat toys maybe the ball with the bell inside that’s it. Baby Toys are probably to big but they can use them as obstacles outside the cage! You can make a ladder they would enjoy with some rope and soft wood easy!

None of those toys are good for small birds such as parakeets, they need small hanging toys with mirrors and balls and bells and stuff like that.
baby toys or animal toys are to heavy for them.

How big are these toys cuz they won’t be able to get their mouth on it to chew on it if it’s huge. And baby toys hmm. Are they filled with anything like a liquid? If they chew that open and consume it it could make them sick

Those toys you mentioned aren’t good for parakeets. Some may have small parts, while others may contain lead or dyes (vegetable dye is safe). Lead and zinc are toxic to parakeets and other pet birds. Stick with ladders, mirrors, swings, preen toys, and plastic rings. Also avoid any toys with sharp parts or loose links. You don’t want your parakeet’s foot becoming stuck in a toy or it may struggle to get it out and break it in the process. Always look for "bird safe" labels on toys.
